Provides and supervises direct and indirect nursing care for patients across the lifespan in a physician office. Maintains departmental operations, participates in performance improvement, and follows facility standards. Performs clinical tasks consistent with LPN scope and required certifications (BCLS, PALS, ACLS).

Provide front-desk support for a physician office: answer phones, schedule appointments, receive patients, and complete patient encounter paperwork per office procedures while assisting physician, office manager, and nurse.

Plan and supervise nursing care for acutely ill pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients on designated units. Maintain departmental operations, adhere to facility standards, and participate in performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality care.
