Lead and scale finance operations: build forecasting and unit-economics models, manage fundraising and investor/board reporting, establish GAAP-compliant controls, oversee month-end close, and implement/optimize finance tech (payroll, billing, ERP). Partner with CEO on capital allocation and budgeting while initially operating as a hands-on sole contributor and later growing a finance team.

Characterize RF products and systems, perform RF and high-voltage measurements, develop and automate test procedures (Python), operate VNA/spectrum analyzers and other lab equipment, document results, and support manufacturing test throughput and troubleshooting.

Design, build, and deploy data pipelines, databases, and AI-enabled automation to improve manufacturing test throughput, yield, and reliability. Integrate test systems and IoT sensors, support root-cause analysis, develop dashboards and alerts, and work hands-on with production teams for on-floor troubleshooting and sensor/validation tasks.

Design, simulate, test, and characterize millimeter-wave and near-THz RF amplifiers and passive components. Perform S-parameter, gain, power transfer, and stability measurements using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and high-voltage supplies. Document designs, iterate quickly, and support manufacturing, cleanroom, and lab environments.

Hands-on internship working with engineers on hardware, manufacturing, and business projects to develop and scale millimeter-wave and near-THz RF power amplifiers. Interns complete independent projects, collaborate across functions, and support prototyping, testing, and production in lab, cleanroom, and shop environments.

Lead and scale Elve's manufacturing operations for mmWave power amplifiers: manage production, testing, KPIs, yield improvement, cost reduction, new production line design, implement MES and maintain ISO9001 quality systems.

Design, build, and deploy automated manufacturing and test systems including robotics, fixtures, tooling, and workcells. Collaborate with manufacturing, test, and quality teams to define requirements, validate safety and function, troubleshoot and improve automation for reliability, and produce SOPs and maintenance documentation. Hands-on role combining design, coding, assembly, implementation, validation, and hardware debugging.

Design, simulate, build, and test power electronic circuits and systems including converters, magnetics, analog/digital circuitry and unique high-voltage designs. Perform schematic capture and PCB layout, validate hardware in lab and manufacturing settings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics into products.

Map customer requirements to Elve products, assess compliance, respond to technical questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and priorities, and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders to drive hardware product development from concept toward production.

Design, simulate, prototype, and optimize high-frequency RF power amplifiers (mm-wave/near-THz) including vacuum devices. Collaborate with manufacturing and test teams, perform simulations and hands-on characterization, select materials, troubleshoot circuit performance, and support integration into production.
