Develop and maintain automated RF test procedures and production-quality software frameworks. Interface with RF instrumentation, acquire and process test data, troubleshoot software, hardware, and test setup issues, and improve test coverage, repeatability, and throughput. Collaborate with RF, manufacturing, test, and product engineers while documenting methods and results and supporting customer demonstrations.

Coordinate multiple customer and internal projects across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and external partners. Maintain schedules, deliverables, dependencies, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans; remove roadblocks and drive accountability. Manage customer communications, government and commercial deliverables, RMA processes, product validation support, technical documentation, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced hardware startup environment.

Characterize RF products and systems, perform RF and high-voltage measurements, develop and automate test procedures (Python), operate VNA/spectrum analyzers and other lab equipment, document results, and support manufacturing test throughput and troubleshooting.
