Lead Vietnam and Rest of Asia B2B marketing: own regional strategy, manage a team of five, build demand-generation programs (ABM, paid, inbound, events), partner with sales, leverage AI and automation, manage budget and performance to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead digital demand generation and ABM programs across Vietnam and Rest of Asia. Plan and execute paid media, email nurture, webinars, inbound, and sales activation campaigns. Work hands-on in HubSpot to build workflows, landing pages, and reporting. Partner with regional sales to target accounts, use AI-enabled tools to accelerate campaigns, and optimize performance against pipeline, conversion, and ROI metrics.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across Email, Push, and In-App channels. Develop segmentation, channel frequency, messaging, A/B experiments, paywall and deeplink setups, landing pages, and creative briefs. Own performance reporting and dashboards (Amplitude, Looker) to optimize user growth and monetization.

Own Vietnam education GTM: build strategic partnerships across K-12, higher ed, and language centers. Drive full sales cycle for large institutional deals, tailor solutions with Product/Marketing, manage pipeline in HubSpot, represent ELSA at events, and ensure successful implementation and renewals.
