The Structures Lead will oversee the design, analysis, and manufacturing of the UAV's primary and secondary composite structures. Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, shaping the technical roadmap, validating designs, and refining processes for aircraft components.

As a Senior Structural Analyst, you will perform comprehensive structural analysis for new products throughout their lifecycle, including static and dynamic analysis, performing optimizations and trade studies, and supporting structural test campaigns. You will help establish engineering guidelines and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to deliver efficient solutions.
