Lead global sourcing and supplier strategy for propulsion, powertrain, and electronics. Negotiate long-term agreements, manage supplier performance, drive NPI to production ramp, maintain procurement data and KPIs, ensure ITAR/EAR and AS9100 compliance, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing.

Lead development, testing, and troubleshooting of hybrid-electric VTOL powertrain and electrical systems. Design and assemble Iron Bird test rigs, build and iterate high-voltage distribution and harnesses, run bench, HIL, ground, and flight tests, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, FAA-aligned designs and certification readiness.

Plan, execute, and document tests for components and integrated VTOL aircraft systems. Design and build test rigs, instrument hardware, configure DAQ systems, analyze data, diagnose failures, and collaborate with design and flight test teams to meet safety and certification requirements.
