Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, perform machining steps, monitor production output and downtime, complete quality inspections, manage material transactions in ERP systems, pack and label parts, maintain 5S standards, address minor machine interruptions, and escalate technical issues according to established procedures.

Manage container circulation, inventory, empties planning, ordering, warehouse stock checks, SAP transactions and master data, invoice reconciliation, account comparisons, packaging compliance, deviation analysis, and continuous process improvement. Coordinate with production, customers, suppliers, business units, and management to ensure container availability and control costs.

Manage supplier quality for production materials and services during pre-series and series production: supplier audits (VDA 6.3), risk analyses, IMDS data approval, incoming inspection planning, KPI maintenance, supplier corrective actions, APQP coordination, sample approvals, supplier complaint handling, and local requalification tests.

Consult with business stakeholders on SAP PP and PS; design, customize and implement processes; support S/4HANA realization and global rollouts; develop/configure and test SAP upgrades; digitalize processes and provide 2nd-level user support.

Consult with business stakeholders on SAP MM (Purchase-to-Pay), design and implement MM processes, customize and develop in SAP MM, support S/4HANA realization and upgrades, collaborate on global rollouts, and provide 2nd-level user support.

Configure and enhance SAP Controlling (CO) applications, provide user support, advise Finance/Controlling, design and implement processes, support M&A IT activities, assist ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA migration for FI/CO, and participate in system upgrades including testing, training, and documentation.

Configure and develop SAP FI, support users, advise Finance/Controlling on apps and add-ons, drive process design and implementation, support M&A IT activities, participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration, and handle upgrades, testing, training, and documentation.

Manage sales activities for assigned US markets: lead and functionally manage staff, plan and track budgets, acquire and support customers, develop market strategies, coordinate international cooperation, set pricing and sales structures with Director Sales, run marketing/trade events, handle complaints, and support commission agents to achieve departmental targets.

Manage and execute production orders, align machine and personnel capacity with demand, handle material requests and stock levels, produce shop-floor KPIs and reports, coordinate technical machine availability between Production and MRP, and train staff on production control processes.

Provide general office administrative support performing non-department-specific clerical and organizational tasks. Work includes routine office duties, reception, filing, and ad-hoc errands not tied to standard org-chart departments.

Consult business partners on SAP PLM and SAP ECTR, design and implement PLM processes, customize and program PLM/ECTR, support rollouts and upgrades, perform testing and documentation, and provide 2nd-level user support.

Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and machine/plant layouts. Coordinate procurement, modification, disposal, and relocation of production equipment. Support CIP projects and drive OEE improvements at work-center level. Must have chemical material and coating process experience.

Perform shop-floor production tasks including machining, part counting and inspection, material handling, ERP data entry for production and downtime, executing material requests, packing and labeling, performing quality checks, equipment start/stop and basic troubleshooting, and maintaining 5S and cleaning/inspection plans.
