Develops new clients and business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship management, proposals, bids, contract negotiations, and marketing campaigns. Manages government, industry, and private-client programs from initiation through completion. Oversees inspectors, contractors, schedules, staff performance, project documentation, daily reports, change orders, meetings, and client communications. Serves as the primary contractor contact, ensures contract compliance, provides program technical assistance, and leads teams toward organizational goals and deadlines.

Oversee and coordinate industrial hygiene projects, including lead, asbestos, and mold remediation protocols. Supervise and mentor IH professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze sampling and survey data, prepare technical documentation, and advise leadership on occupational health risks, legislation, and safety programs. The role requires collaboration with site teams, company stakeholders, and regulatory agencies while supporting technical program development and department growth.

Manages project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, expenditures, and performance monitoring. Identifies variances, supports risk and change control, prepares dashboards and reports, and audits project financial information. Collaborates with project managers, consultants, clients, and business leads while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Manages project financial health by tracking costs, revenue, budgets, profitability, invoices, contracts, and subcontractor payments. Prepares financial reports, variance analyses, dashboards, and billing documentation; identifies cost overruns and risks; ensures compliance with accounting standards and client agreements; and advises project teams on financial decisions and budget changes.

Leads and coordinates industrial hygiene programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Provides technical guidance on lead, asbestos, and mold services; advises management on risk prioritization, legislation, and standards; supervises IH professionals; manages projects, budgets, documentation, and regulatory submittals; and collaborates with company, site, HR, legal, HSSE, and regulatory teams.

Leads GIS work for environmental consulting projects, processing spatial and tabular data, managing geodatabases, performing advanced spatial analysis, and creating maps, web applications, dashboards, and technical exhibits. Develops automated workflows, supports GPS and mobile data collection, mentors teams, collaborates with environmental professionals, and contributes to proposals, budgeting, client presentations, regulatory work, and project delivery.

Manages NEPA and environmental compliance projects, including ecological investigations, wetland delineations, mitigation plans, monitoring, permitting, and regulatory coordination. Prepares and reviews technical reports, leads field teams, analyzes ecological data, supports client relationships and business development, and mentors junior scientific staff. The role requires strong knowledge of NEPA, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, cultural resource investigations, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
