Teams at ELOS Environmental, LLC

Lead the sourcing, planning, writing, coordination, and submission of proposals, bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and statements of qualifications. Manage proposal teams, schedules, compliance matrices, reviews, competitive strategies, reusable content, and post-submittal retrospectives. Collaborate with technical experts, project managers, business development, leadership, and contractors to produce persuasive, compliant, high-quality client-facing documents under tight deadlines.

Processes, analyzes, validates, and manages spatial and tabular environmental data. Creates accurate maps, figures, graphics, web maps, dashboards, and mobile data collection applications for environmental reports, permits, and regulatory submissions. Coordinates GIS data collection with field teams, integrates GPS and remote sensing data, maintains geospatial databases, and collaborates with environmental scientists, engineers, planners, and project managers.

Develops new clients and business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship management, proposals, bids, contract negotiations, and marketing campaigns. Coordinates multiple pursuits, tracks proposal progress, collaborates on pricing and feasibility, and communicates opportunities to executives. Requires strong communication, negotiation, organization, analytical, and market knowledge skills, with environmental or engineering consulting experience preferred.
