Supports preschool children with disabilities in an inclusive classroom under a special education teacher’s direction. Responsibilities include implementing lessons and IEP-based interventions, providing behavioral and developmental support, assisting with classroom routines and personal care, collecting progress data, maintaining records, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary staff. The role may assume lead teacher responsibilities when appropriate and requires lifting, crouching, standing, and frequent movement.

Maintains and repairs agency-owned buildings and property across a multi-building campus. Responds to work orders, supports program-related maintenance needs, coordinates contractors and inspections, performs snow removal and salting, and handles carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, windows, cleaning, deliveries, and installations. Requires strong customer service, organization, communication, independent judgment, physical ability, and occasional after-hours or on-call availability.
