Teams at Elmcrest Children's Center, Inc.

Provide case management for youth: coordinate treatment and programming, liaise with counties, families and clinicians, maintain records, support families, attend meetings, promote agency therapeutic models, and collaborate across departments to ensure treatment goals and documentation are met.

Coordinate and document youth treatment and programming; liaise with county, families, clinicians and staff; manage paperwork and meetings; provide direct family support, represent agency values, and follow therapeutic models (TCI, PEM). Requires travel and use of personal vehicle when needed.

Assist special education teachers in providing educational support to preschoolers with disabilities by implementing curriculum activities and positive behavioral strategies.
