Part-time inventory control intern supporting daily inventory operations (transactions, receiving, cycle counts), maintaining accurate records in the ERP, preparing reports, assisting purchase order administration, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing inventory data to identify trends, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives with potential to increase responsibility.

Part-time HR intern supporting documentation, file retention, SOP and company-wide HR projects. Conduct research, assist with reports, metrics presentations, and recommendations to improve efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Perform AP/AR processing and collections, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare month‑end/year‑end journal entries and depreciation schedules, support audits and Sunshine Act reporting, maintain vendor/customer master files, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
