Provides administrative and logistical support for marketing trade shows, internal and industry events, representative training, and clinical team lab sessions. Coordinates registrations, travel, calendars, supplies, inventories, correspondence, certificates, and event documentation. Supports sales lead follow-up, clinical data tracking, marketing projects, reception coverage, and general office duties while collaborating cross-functionally.

Leads sales generation and customer relationship management for an assigned U.S. region. Develops target accounts, generates leads, meets sales goals, supports surgeons and healthcare customers, monitors competition, represents spine procedure products, and collaborates with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical, Customer Service, and leadership. The role also manages inventory, attends industry events, provides field insights, and travels extensively to customer sites and events.

Perform AP/AR processing and collections, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare month‑end/year‑end journal entries and depreciation schedules, support audits and Sunshine Act reporting, maintain vendor/customer master files, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
