Lead and expand Elliptic's senior relationships across U.S. law enforcement, intelligence, defense and regulatory agencies. Act as a trusted advisor and bridge between government and commercial clients, support commercial pursuits and product strategy, represent Elliptic in policy and public forums, and inform go-to-market planning using deep financial-crimes and digital-asset expertise.

Manage a book of APAC SaaS customers to drive adoption, retention and upsell. Onboard and train customers, build success plans, partner with sales on enterprise growth, lead upsell processes, and relay product feedback to shape the roadmap.

Lead the Investigations engineering team to design and deliver scalable UI applications and APIs for blockchain forensics. Write and review code, make architectural decisions, collaborate with product and stakeholders, coach engineers, and incorporate AI-assisted development practices.

Sell Elliptic's AML and investigation SaaS to enterprise crypto and financial services customers. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Build pipeline, use CRM and sales tools, travel to meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit quotas.

Lead partner go-to-market strategy and co-marketing programs with technology, data, and service partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Execute multi-channel campaigns, create joint messaging and sales enablement, enable partners, measure KPIs, and optimize programs. Manage a portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS customers across the Americas to drive retention, mitigate risk, and grow expansion. Serve as strategic advisor, run business reviews, lead renewals, build account plans, monitor usage/health, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions to align platform capabilities to customer goals and demonstrate measurable value.

Lead the US People function, partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategy, drive workforce planning, organizational design, performance and compensation processes, manage employee relations, develop People team capability, and advance culture, inclusion and wellbeing.

Ship production-ready LLM features with strong testing, observability, and reliability practices while collaborating across product, web, data, and DevOps teams.
