Own the EMEA enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through closure. Own and execute full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA for crypto and financial services customers. Build pipeline, close 5–7-figure deals, multi-thread accounts, collaborate with SE/CS/marketing, and represent Elliptic at industry events while applying MEDDPPICC and value-based selling.

Lead and grow a US enterprise sales team selling Elliptic's crypto AML/KYC and forensics SaaS. Own quota attainment, recruiting, forecasting, territory planning, prospecting, demos, proposal development, negotiation, and upsell with C-level engagement.

Lead Elliptic's US public policy and regulatory engagement for digital assets. Shape federal and state regulatory outcomes, advise internal teams and clients on compliance, represent Elliptic to regulators and Congress, produce thought leadership and testimony, support business development, and embed US regulatory strategy within global regulatory affairs.

Manage a portfolio of UK and EMEA government, law enforcement, and intelligence accounts to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, develop tailored success plans, coordinate secure communications, monitor account health, lead renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes in high-security environments.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise compliance teams in crypto and fintech. Run tailored demos, manage PoCs/trials, map integrations, design implementations, respond to RFPs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Research to drive adoption and position Elliptic’s AML and sanctions solutions.

Lead Elliptic's sanctions-focused intelligence on crypto-enabled evasion: own coverage of sanctioned actors and typologies, run end-to-end investigations, design monitoring and alerting, coach junior analysts, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Customer teams, produce written research and client briefings, and represent sanctions intelligence to clients and regulators.
