Teams at Elliptic

Manage enterprise SaaS customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, analyze usage and renewal risk, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans and proposals, conduct QBRs and product demos, negotiate renewals, and achieve revenue and retention targets. The role requires technical understanding of payment architectures, digital assets, crypto, compliance workflows, and complex B2B sales.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Turkish market, from pipeline generation through complex deal closure and expansion. Build relationships with compliance, legal, risk, procurement, technical, and executive stakeholders in crypto and financial services. Develop multi-threaded account strategies, qualify opportunities using MEDDPPICC, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and represent Elliptic at industry events. The role requires Turkish and English fluency, enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales experience, and willingness to travel.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and reinvention of Elliptic’s compliance product portfolio, including screening, monitoring, investigations, risk configuration, and agentic AI capabilities. Manages and develops product managers while personally owning complex product challenges. Requires deep financial crime compliance product expertise, blockchain knowledge, AI product delivery experience, strong execution, customer focus, data-driven judgment, and experience operating in regulated environments.
