Teams at Ellenville Regional Hospital

Coordinates public and private hospital grants and special projects, including workplans, reporting calendars, deliverables, budgets, reimbursements, compliance, audit readiness, and closeout. Collaborates with hospital departments, funders, community partners, Finance, Operations, and Population Health. Prepares financial, programmatic, and performance reports; supports grant proposals and renewals; uses electronic health records and grant systems for data reporting; and facilitates communications, meetings, documentation, and project implementation.

Provides EHR and clinical application training, onsite support, troubleshooting, and implementation assistance for hospital staff and providers. Collaborates on clinical information system design and optimization, data conversion, report and dashboard development, data analysis, Meaningful Use initiatives, system demonstrations, and user satisfaction. Serves as a liaison between clinical operations, leadership, and IT while supporting healthcare data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Lead daily operations, quality, compliance, staffing, and performance of the hospital clinical laboratory. Oversee testing accuracy, regulatory readiness, equipment validation, staff development, corrective actions, and cross-department coordination. Perform technical bench work as needed and drive continuous improvement and cost-effective resource management.
