Leads process improvement initiatives at a steelmaking coal operation to improve production efficiency, rate, and yield. Responsibilities include plant walkthroughs, process checks, KPI and operating-data analysis, production project delivery, production-loss prioritization, corrective-action development, process-control improvement, digital transformation, and technical consultation. The role also provides guidance to operations, engineering, and maintenance teams while supporting safety, change management, innovation, and mentoring.

Leads Social, Environmental, and Regulatory Approvals for major mining and water-quality projects. Responsibilities include developing permitting strategies, environmental assessments, permit applications, regulatory engagement, consultant-team leadership, budget and schedule management, Indigenous and community collaboration, risk identification, executive briefings, and mentoring junior staff.
