Supports the reliability, security, availability, and continuous improvement of operational technology systems across mining operations. Maintains SCADA, PLC, HMI, historian, server, network, and data platforms; implements cybersecurity controls; monitors system health; resolves incidents; supports upgrades and projects; maintains technical documentation; and participates in lifecycle, change management, root cause analysis, and rotational 24/7 on-call support.

Provide administrative HR support including onboarding coordination, HRIS data entry and reporting, personnel file maintenance, employee inquiry resolution, process improvement collaboration, and general HR team assistance while adhering to safety and confidentiality requirements.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates leadership and talent development programs; conducts needs analyses; facilitates workshops; supports succession, performance and talent management; collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to implement learning solutions; analyzes training data; travels to mining sites and works in safety-sensitive environments.
