Lead electrical governance and compliance across EVR assets: maintain the EECP and FHP06 standards, manage electrical risk and audits, provide technical oversight for projects, liaise with Glencore, support site electrical teams, drive corrective actions, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Lead process control improvements for water treatment systems (RO-HDS, AWTF, SRF, calcite). Design, program, commission, troubleshoot and maintain PLC/HMI control systems, integrate vendor systems, manage MOC, develop engineering documentation and support operations to optimize safety, sustainability and productivity.

Provide administrative support to the Central Recruitment team, managing full-cycle recruitment tasks including interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, ATS job postings, KPI tracking, reference checks, and pre-employment screening. Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with Canadian law, and support a fast-paced, public-facing office environment.
