Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies quantities, prices, extensions, and discounts, routes invoices for approval, prepares mailed checks, and initiates ACH payments. Maintains invoice records, creates positive pay files, reconciles vendor statements, resolves invoice questions with vendors, and supports miscellaneous administrative tasks. This is a part-time position requiring 15–20 hours weekly during regular Monday–Friday business hours.

Provides courteous reception and administrative support in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Greets visitors, residents, and staff; answers and directs calls; manages mail, meeting rooms, calendars, transportation requests, and resident assistance. Maintains the reception area, responds to requests, reports hazards, follows HIPAA and facility policies, and performs clerical tasks while supporting a safe, respectful, person-centered environment.

Provides non-clinical hospitality support to senior-living residents, families, and visitors. Responsibilities include responding to call lights, reporting resident needs, welcoming and orienting new residents, maintaining rooms and common areas, completing water and snack passes, disinfecting surfaces and equipment, removing trash, conducting rounds, and delivering respectful customer service while following safety, infection-control, and privacy procedures.

Designs and manages resident enrichment programs, activities, events, calendars, transportation, volunteer coordination, budgets, supplies, and resident communications. Requires compassionate customer service, interpersonal skills, independent work, elderly-care experience, a high school diploma, and an Ohio driver’s license with a clear record.

Welcomes and assists visitors, residents, and staff while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling mail and deliveries, supporting administrative tasks, scheduling meeting rooms and transportation, maintaining calendars, resolving requests, keeping the reception area tidy, and following safety, HIPAA, residents’ rights, and organizational policies.

Provides direct patient care through assessment, treatment administration, monitoring, care-plan development, patient education, and advocacy. Requires an active RN license, nursing degree, at least one year of clinical experience, and BLS certification. The position works a 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule and offers a $6,000 full-time sign-on bonus.

Develops and leads recreational and therapeutic activities for older adults, tailoring programs to resident interests, abilities, and care goals. Assesses needs, coordinates with healthcare staff and families, organizes events and outings, maintains participation records, trains volunteers and aides, and ensures regulatory and safety compliance. The role promotes socialization, cognitive stimulation, physical well-being, resident satisfaction, and meaningful daily engagement.

Coordinates a person-centered experience for residents and families in a skilled nursing community. Supports admissions, transfers, discharges, move-ins, care transitions, issue resolution, and interdepartmental communication. Assists with sales and marketing activities, including tours, referral development, lead tracking, presentations, outreach, and community events. Maintains records, communications, regulatory compliance, and knowledge of organizational and competitor services.
