Lead daily bottling and packaging operations for dry spices, ensuring safe, efficient production that meets quality and regulatory standards. Oversee line commissioning, SOPs, OEE and performance metrics, supervise and train operators, collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Engineering, troubleshoot equipment, enforce GMP/food safety, and drive continuous improvement and minor mechanical adjustments.

Support full-cycle HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS record-keeping, employee relations, compliance with employment laws and GMP, and vendor coordination.
