Educate patients, create personalized oral-health plans, use advanced tools (including AI), collaborate with clinical teams, and travel to support multiple offices as needed.

Lead and develop Operations Managers across up to 14 dental practices to drive operational, financial, and patient-care performance. Conduct regular on-site visits, ensure compliance (HIPAA, OSHA), analyze practice data, manage P&L, oversee KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel required ~60% to support field operations and maintain alignment with executive leadership.
