Lead regional Midwest growth by sourcing and executing dental practice affiliations and acquisitions. Manage financial evaluation, deal structuring, due diligence, and integration handoffs. Build BI dashboards, forecast models, and KPI tracking. Develop and coach a high-performing business development team, collaborate with legal/compliance, and drive scalable pipeline growth while ensuring operational and regulatory alignment.

Lead and oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, cash flow, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervise the accounting team. Support financial planning, banking relationships, policy development, and analyses for expansion and special projects.

Provide periodontal diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care including implants and regenerative therapies; educate patients, create personalized care plans, use advanced tools (including AI), and collaborate with clinical teams while benefiting from operational support and flexible scheduling.

Provide independent endodontic care including diagnoses, root canals, retreatments, and endodontic surgeries; educate and support patients; collaborate with dental team; maintain professional development and stay current in endodontics.

Provide comprehensive periodontal care including diagnosis, treatment planning, periodontal surgery, regenerative therapies, and implant placement/restoration. Educate patients, create personalized oral-health plans, use advanced tools (including AI), collaborate with clinical teams, and travel to support multiple offices as needed.
