Build BI dashboards, forecast models, and KPI tracking. Develop and coach a high-performing business development team, collaborate with legal/compliance, and drive scalable pipeline growth while ensuring operational and regulatory alignment.

Lead and oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, cash flow, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervise the accounting team. Support financial planning, banking relationships, policy development, and analyses for expansion and special projects.

Provide periodontal diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care including implants and regenerative therapies; educate patients, create personalized care plans, use advanced tools (including AI), and collaborate with clinical teams while benefiting from operational support and flexible scheduling.
