Teams at Eliot Community Human Services

Provide urgent behavioral health care through crisis assessment, stabilization, short-term treatment, and safety planning for individuals and families. Deliver flexible, community-based services (in-person, virtual, or at home), coordinate care and hospital transitions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary CBHC team to connect clients to ongoing services.

Manage and lead nursing staff within Adult Community Clinical Services, coordinating psychiatric and medical care for adults with severe persistent mental illness. Oversee medication administration, medical assessments, staff training, and communication with medical and psychiatric providers while promoting health, wellness, and access to community resources.

Supervise and provide clinical guidance to CBHC staff delivering in-office and field interventions for adults. Complete assessments, crisis plans, coordinate admissions, oversee treatment planning, monitor symptom response, and ensure culturally competent, person-centered care.
