Provides dual-diagnosis clinical services to adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders through individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, education, care coordination, assessments, documentation, and evidence-based interventions. The clinician serves as a primary case manager, supports recovery and community integration, contributes to interdisciplinary treatment planning, provides team training and coverage, and participates in rotating weekend, on-call, and shift responsibilities.

Provides intensive mobile case management, care coordination, crisis support, advocacy, and recovery-focused interventions for adults with serious mental illness. Coordinates medical and psychiatric appointments, benefits, insurance, community resources, and services for an assigned caseload of 8–12 consumers. Develops culturally competent, strength-based Individualized Action Plans and supports consumers in achieving treatment and community-living goals.

Provides clinical oversight and supervision to outpatient mental health and substance use staff. Oversees assessments, authorizations, crisis plans, admissions, symptom monitoring, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Ensures culturally competent, person-centered, strength-based care and supports staff development. Requires a Massachusetts clinical license, at least three years of relevant clinical experience, supervisory or clinical leadership experience, and reliable transportation.
