Teams at Eliot Community Human Services

Provide macro-level clinical, operational, and fiscal oversight for multi-site, DMH-funded adult community mental health teams. Ensure coordinated intake, person-centered treatment planning, risk management, staff training, and culturally competent, recovery-focused services while supporting supervisors and retaining a 24/7 multidisciplinary workforce.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) administrative and receptionist support for the Healthy Families program: manage participant paper files and EMR, handle referrals, coordinate events, and perform clerical duties (faxing, scanning, filing, phone). Maintain client database and support outreach in the community.

Provide urgent behavioral health care including diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, stabilization interventions, and short-term treatment for individuals and families. Deliver flexible, community-based services in office, virtual, home, or community settings. Assess safety and service needs, develop stabilization-focused treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support hospital admissions/discharges, and participate in ongoing trainings.
