Manage restaurant operations and a front-of-house department: staff, schedule, train, and supervise hourly team members; ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, inventory control, sanitation, compliance with liquor laws, and execution of marketing and events. Maintain checklists, enforce policies, and support sales and catering efforts while working rotating long hours.
