The role partners with product marketing, engineering, research, and enablement teams while using ElevenLabs’ AI technology to create training experiences.

Manage a book of 50-70 accounts, develop Customer Success playbook, onboard clients, improve customer satisfaction, and track KPIs.

Build and scale customer adoption programs for ElevenLabs products across corporate and mid-market customers. Create onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, webinars, playbooks, and self-service content that accelerate activation and expansion. Analyze adoption metrics, audit customer configurations, identify gaps, and develop data-driven strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and implementation partners. The role requires deep product expertise, strong analytical ability, AI automation skills, and experience managing high-volume customer programs.

Leads enterprise sales execution programs and North American enablement. Builds value-selling artifacts, coaches sellers and managers on complex technical deals, facilitates global sessions, adapts programs for regional needs, develops vertical selling foundations, and uses AI to scale coaching and reinforcement.

Leads global technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth. Translates business and technical priorities into hiring plans, forecasts, and recruiting capacity strategies; manages Talent leaders across regions; establishes hiring standards and assessment quality; and uses funnel data, market intelligence, and AI-enabled systems to improve hiring speed, predictability, and efficiency. Partners with senior leaders and personally supports difficult searches and executive-level candidate closing.

Partner with the Head of Talent to scale a global Talent organization. Translate strategy into execution, lead high-visibility talent initiatives, embed with teams needing leadership or expertise, improve cross-functional processes, and use hiring data, tools, and AI to strengthen recruiting and talent operations.

Leads global revenue hiring strategy and outcomes across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC. Sell and scale ElevenLabs in Japan by building and managing new accounts, generating self-sourced pipeline, running high-velocity outbound outreach, negotiating and closing deals with the Growth team, mastering product use cases, and owning KPI tracking and weekly reporting.

Supports senior leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, handling confidential matters, organizing stakeholders and logistics, and maintaining follow-ups. The role also builds scalable administrative processes, collaborates with other executive assistants, and uses AI and productivity tools to automate repetitive work and improve operational efficiency. Global travel of approximately 40% is required.

Own and expand a focused portfolio of strategic North American enterprise accounts. Close and scope complex, multi-product seven-figure deals, build executive relationships, drive land-and-expand motions, feed product insights to roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to deliver outcomes and repeatable frameworks.

Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to senior leadership across APAC. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating stakeholders and travel logistics, handling confidential matters, anticipating leadership needs, supporting other executive assistants, building scalable processes, and using AI tools to automate repetitive work. The role is based in Singapore or Sydney and requires approximately 40% global travel.

Lead commercial adoption of AI audio products across the sports industry. Serve as the sports subject matter expert for enterprise sales, supporting opportunities from discovery through deployment, educating customers, delivering demonstrations, building executive relationships, creating sales enablement materials, and translating customer insights into product and go-to-market strategy.

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice coding, approvals, payments, vendor records, aging reconciliation, audit support, and month-end close activities. Reconcile accounts payable and corporate credit cards, respond to employee and vendor inquiries, collaborate with auditors, and maintain strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Own customer success and commercial outcomes across Southern Europe for a portfolio of complex B2B SaaS, developer tools, and AI/ML customers. Lead onboarding, enablement, adoption, technical deployment, renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and upsells. Use product and usage data to identify friction and opportunities, advise on AI agents and integrations, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and leadership.

Lead growth and demand-generation marketing in the Netherlands: design and run ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and outbound programs, localize global campaigns, partner with sales and product teams, own pipeline metrics and experiments to scale enterprise adoption of ElevenLabs' voice AI.

Build and scale customer adoption programs across LATAM, including onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, webinars, playbooks, and self-service content. Drive activation, time-to-value, product expansion, and adoption metrics for AI products. Audit customer configurations, identify usage gaps, partner cross-functionally with Account Management, CX, RevOps, Engineering, and Product Marketing, and use AI-powered automation and analytics to improve scalable enablement.

Own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, and flux analysis. Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts, investigate billing and usage exceptions, support audits and SOX readiness, and assess new products and billing models. Partner with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Billing Operations, and FP&A while improving scalable revenue accounting processes and controls.

Own the self-serve ElevenCreative product experience, revenue, growth, and adoption. Define product bets across creative workflows, including speech, music, image, video, agents, and editing. Use product data and user research to identify opportunities, set success metrics, improve activation and retention, and increase paid conversion. Partner closely with engineering, design, growth, lifecycle, and social teams to ship quickly, launch new experiences, and iterate based on results.

Lead company-wide operations infrastructure for a rapidly scaling, remote-first AI company. Own operating cadence, OKR and workforce planning, systems of record, organizational governance, knowledge management, and internal AI enablement. Build an operations center of excellence, deploy strategic generalists against cross-functional priorities, establish repeatable practices, and influence founders and functional leaders in a high-velocity environment.

Build and operate backend safety infrastructure, including automated moderation, abuse detection, AI guardrails, APIs, internal tools, and production services. Integrate machine-learning models, monitor system reliability, respond to emerging threats, and translate product, legal, and policy requirements into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate across engineering, investigations, product, legal, and safety policy teams while shaping the architecture and evolution of ElevenLabs’ safety systems.
