Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume go-to-market roles, including Sales Development, Account Executive, and Partnerships positions. The recruiter will use data-driven decision-making, influence hiring teams, and close exceptional talent across North America.

Own the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including provisioning, subscription changes, renewals, offboarding, invoice corrections, audits, and revenue-integrity checks. Reconcile billing systems with contracts and Finance records, support month-end and quarter-end close, identify discrepancies and orphaned billing records, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Engineering. Improve billing processes through automation, guardrails, pricing migrations, and system enhancements.

Drive enterprise sales growth across telecommunications accounts by identifying conversational AI opportunities, developing account strategies, closing complex seven-figure deals, and expanding customer relationships. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, Forward Deployed Engineers, and internal teams to deliver proofs of value and production deployments. Serve as a strategic advisor on voice AI while shaping industry messaging, use cases, and the telecommunications sales playbook.

Lead market entry for ElevenLabs in the Middle East: hire and lead technical teams, engage C-suite customers, scope and architect bespoke voice/audio AI integrations, build demos/prototypes, drive early sales and partnerships, and feed field insights into product and research.

Build and operate core platform systems for users, workspaces, permissions, APIs, authentication, and resource management. Deliver full-stack features with a backend focus, including admin and settings interfaces. Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts, investigate billing and usage exceptions, support audits and SOX readiness, and assess new products and billing models. Partner with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Billing Operations, and FP&A while improving scalable revenue accounting processes and controls.

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice coding, approvals, payments, vendor records, aging reconciliation, audit support, and month-end close activities. Reconcile accounts payable and corporate credit cards, respond to employee and vendor inquiries, collaborate with auditors, and maintain strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
