Build and own ElevenLabs’ influencer marketing channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, campaign planning, creative briefs, launch execution, performance measurement, attribution, budget decisions, and scalable operating systems. The role partners with paid marketing, social, product marketing, data, and legal teams, targeting creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

Support revenue leadership by managing calendars, time zones, inboxes, meeting preparation, correspondence, action tracking, travel, board logistics, offsites, and operating cadence. Build and maintain frontend-leaning, full-stack Creative and Studio products using React and Next.js. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales; iterate based on user feedback; maintain scalable, secure infrastructure; process large datasets; and mentor less experienced engineers. Build and maintain full-stack Creative Studio products across frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and generative AI workflows. Develop new products and proof-of-concepts, improve existing platform functionality, support enterprise integrations, strengthen reliability and scalability, and process large-scale datasets for generative AI models. Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Sales, research teams, and customers to solve complex product and workflow challenges.

Leads the Corporate Account Management team, owning retention, renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and quota performance across a high-volume SaaS portfolio. Designs scalable post-sales playbooks, embeds AI agents and automation into workflows, coaches Account Managers, drives segmentation and staffing strategy, and represents customer needs in product and revenue decisions.

Lead the Middle East outbound sales strategy and build a high-performing SDR team. Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance while advising senior leaders on complex compensation decisions and introducing AI-enabled workflows.

Own enterprise customer success across Central and Eastern Europe, driving onboarding, platform adoption, technical enablement, renewals, upsells, and multi-product expansion. Analyze usage and performance signals to remove adoption barriers and demonstrate measurable value. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and leadership to generate durable revenue growth. Build the region’s first dedicated Customer Success function while supporting complex AI, developer tools, and B2B SaaS deployments.

Own AI safety datasets from collection through labeling, quality control, versioning, and training readiness. Translate safety policies into consistent labeling and evaluation criteria, manage external contributors, and build production model evaluation workflows. Develop lightweight Python and SQL pipelines for reproducible data analysis, partnering with safety researchers, policy specialists, and ML engineers. The role also contributes to scalable dataset methodologies, quality standards, and human-in-the-loop processes.

The Operations Recruiter will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for key Operations functions, partner with business leaders, and enhance candidate experiences to attract top talent.
