Own customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, expansion, and cross-sell for complex B2B SaaS and AI customers across the DACH region. Advise customers on production deployments, APIs, SDKs, usage, and performance. Manage a defined book of business, achieve retention and revenue targets, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.

Lead the launch of ElevenLabs voice and audio AI solutions in a new market. Build and manage a team of forward-deployed engineers, engage strategic customers and executives, identify use cases, architect bespoke integrations, deliver demos, and oversee major implementations. The role combines technical prototyping, customer consulting, commercial strategy, team leadership, and collaboration with Research and Product teams to improve AI products and expand adoption.

Own and grow social content across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord. Plan calendars, capture and edit product content, write platform-native copy, manage communities, support launches and creator campaigns, monitor analytics, and refine strategy based on performance. The role requires strong knowledge of AI and creative tools, social trends, lightweight video production, and cross-functional content coordination.
