Partner with the India GM to define and execute growth strategies, own end-to-end GTM initiatives, coordinate cross-functional India-specific projects, track KPIs/OKRs, fix operational issues, and use AI tools to automate and scale execution while handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Lead and build an APAC outbound SDR team, design and iterate outbound playbooks, align with AEs to convert prospects into pipeline, own KPI tracking and reporting, mentor reps, and scale processes and tooling to grow enterprise sales.

Own and grow a portfolio of new accounts across Colombia, identify conversational AI opportunities, demonstrate product value to technical stakeholders, and meet revenue targets by selling ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI solutions.
