Designs, develops, deploys, and supports full-stack applications and cloud infrastructure. Builds APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, containerized solutions, and Infrastructure as Code. Monitors and troubleshoots distributed systems, implements application and infrastructure security, and supports reliable cloud-native operations. Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams on architecture, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provides confidential administrative, legal, and compliance support to the General Counsel and Legal and Compliance team. Responsibilities include legal research, document production, maintaining legal records, coordinating litigation support, managing vendors and invoices, assisting with compliance reviews, and supporting executive meetings, events, minutes, bylaws, and policies.

Develops and optimizes member lifecycle marketing journeys spanning acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and relationship growth. Owns email marketing execution and coordinates omnichannel campaigns, segmentation, personalization, testing, analytics, and compliance. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, branches, compliance, operations, creative, and vendors to create measurable, relevant member communications and improve campaign performance.

The Lock Desk Analyst supports mortgage sales and secondary market operations by managing pricing, rate sheets, lock activity, extensions, relocks, exceptions, pipeline monitoring, investor eligibility, and loan delivery. The role prepares mortgage production and profitability reports, resolves pricing and policy questions, supports process improvements, and helps maintain pricing accuracy, risk management, and operational efficiency. This full-time hybrid position requires strong Excel skills, mortgage or finance experience, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Coordinates information security projects, manages access controls, vulnerabilities, risks, and security incidents. Conducts security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations, monitors systems for threats, supports incident response, prepares security metrics, and maintains security policies and procedures. The role collaborates across departments to remediate findings, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve organizational security.

Analyze commercial and business lending opportunities, build thorough credit memos, evaluate financial statements, cash flows and collateral, monitor loan portfolio and covenants, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal teams with reporting and process improvements to enhance member experience.

Lead asset/liability management, CECL governance, and executive financial reporting. Provide balance sheet strategy, interest rate risk oversight, and board-level analysis. Build and coach a high-performing finance team, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to support growth and profitability.
