Manage commercial loan portfolio by coordinating with lenders and borrowers, monitoring maturities and renewals, preparing documentation and asset quality reviews, resolving reporting and covenant issues, presenting recommendations, and coordinating with credit, legal, and loan operations to ensure portfolio performance and risk management.

Serve as escalation point for complex business-member transactions and account openings. Support Business Qualified Financial Services Guides, advise on documentation and ownership scenarios, troubleshoot digital banking, partner with internal teams (Audit, Fraud, Legal, Risk, Payments, Digital, Mortgage), maintain compliance (BSA), and recommend process improvements to protect members and the credit union.

Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, sponsorships, and virtual programs to drive member growth and engagement. Manage timelines, vendors, marketing assets, invoices, and stakeholder communication while supporting brand marketing and measuring event success.

Analyze commercial and business lending opportunities, build thorough credit memos, evaluate financial statements, cash flows and collateral, monitor loan portfolio and covenants, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal teams with reporting and process improvements to enhance member experience.
