Process and reconcile ACH, wire, and check transactions; monitor and investigate fraud; maintain ACH/wire reports and daily settlement reconciliations; handle escalated member issues, provide guidance to level I staff, and support procedure updates to ensure compliance with NACHA and regulatory requirements.
