Teams at Elevations Credit Union

Provide account services and consultative financial guidance to members, open/maintain accounts, originate consumer lending applications, refer internal partners, perform transactions and cash handling, support online banking, and promote member acquisition while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Lead asset/liability management, CECL governance, and executive financial reporting. Provide balance sheet strategy, interest rate risk oversight, and board-level analysis. Build and coach a high-performing finance team, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to support growth and profitability.

Manage commercial loan portfolio by coordinating with lenders and borrowers, monitoring maturities and renewals, preparing documentation and asset quality reviews, resolving reporting and covenant issues, presenting recommendations, and coordinating with credit, legal, and loan operations to ensure portfolio performance and risk management.
