Lead daily assembly operations by coordinating production activities, training team members, enforcing quality and safety standards, monitoring labor and material costs, identifying project risks, preventing rework and delays, and ensuring components are complete for shipment. Support project launches, pack-ups, returns, inventory management, and communication between assembly staff and production leadership.

Manages major client accounts, relationships, sales growth, project execution, budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, and financial reconciliation. Oversees exhibit and event projects from concept through post-show review, ensures timelines and compliance, resolves challenges, and mentors junior team members. Requires strong account management, sales, financial, project coordination, construction-method, and CAD-drawing skills.

Lead and produce high-quality CAD detailing for trade-show exhibits and custom fabrication while supervising the Las Vegas CAD team. Manage 85% hands-on CAD work and 15% leadership tasks, ensure constructability, maintain standards and templates, support production teams, and drive process improvements and cross-office consistency.

Serve as primary client liaison managing $3M+ accounts. Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensure budgets and timelines, identify upsell opportunities, handle financial reconciliation, coordinate logistics and show services, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
