Manage the full project lifecycle for event production and tradeshow projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, controlling costs and schedules, leading QA and CAD/production launches, ordering materials, overseeing onsite production, maintaining client inventories, and ensuring quality control and client satisfaction.

Lead and produce high-quality CAD detailing for trade-show exhibits and custom fabrication while supervising the Las Vegas CAD team. Manage 85% hands-on CAD work and 15% leadership tasks, ensure constructability, maintain standards and templates, support production teams, and drive process improvements and cross-office consistency.

Lead and develop the Project Management team while actively managing a 40–60% portfolio of complex tradeshow/construction projects. Establish standards, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and maintain client relationships and KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability.

Serve as primary client liaison managing $3M+ accounts. Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensure budgets and timelines, identify upsell opportunities, handle financial reconciliation, coordinate logistics and show services, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
