Supervise trade show exhibit installations and dismantles nationwide, coordinating account teams, production staff, local crews, clients, schedules, budgets, safety procedures, and issue resolution. Prepare supervisor packages, direct onsite execution, maintain client relationships, and submit detailed reports with photos and feedback. The role requires extensive travel, independent work, flexibility, strong organization, basic computer skills, and two years of supervisory experience.

Drive new business and revenue growth in the exhibits, experiential marketing, and live events industry. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, presentations, pipeline management, account planning, client relationship management, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role partners with strategy, creative, estimating, project management, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle. It is based onsite in Las Vegas and requires regular travel to trade shows and client events.

Coordinates client show schedules, service orders, vendors, labor, transportation, supervisor coverage, invoices, floor plans, and on-site logistics. Maintains show information, confirms regulations and deadlines, supports client meetings and tours, arranges travel and equipment transportation, and prepares supervisor packages. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, independence, and customer-service skills.
