Serve as primary client liaison managing $3M+ accounts. Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensure budgets and timelines, identify upsell opportunities, handle financial reconciliation, coordinate logistics and show services, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Lead shop, warehouse, and assembly operations to meet schedules, budgets, and quality targets. Manage department leaders, allocate labor and capacity, track KPIs, drive process improvements, enforce safety, and support budgeting and scaling efforts.

Lead and develop the Project Management team while actively managing a 40–60% portfolio of complex tradeshow/construction projects. Establish standards, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and maintain client relationships and KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability.
