Lead and develop the Project Management team while actively managing a 40–60% portfolio of complex tradeshow/construction projects. Establish standards, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and maintain client relationships and KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability.

Serve as primary client liaison managing $3M+ accounts. Oversee projects from concept to execution, ensure budgets and timelines, identify upsell opportunities, handle financial reconciliation, coordinate logistics and show services, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.

Manage the full lifecycle of event and exhibit projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver on-time, on-budget productions. Lead CAD launches, quality control, inventory management, material ordering, on-site supervision, and client communication to ensure successful events and stakeholder satisfaction.
