Lead and strengthen preschool curriculum, mentor and coach teachers, design professional growth initiatives, ensure educational excellence, and support development of Jewish identity, Hebrew language, and child-centered learning.

Lead Montessori classroom for primary-aged children following Montessori philosophy. Plan lessons, maintain records, supervise assistants, communicate with families, hold conferences, maintain materials and attendance, attend staff meetings and in-service, ensure student safety and developmental progress.

Full-time Infant/Pre-K teacher role at Shirlee Green Preschool delivering design-thinking, project-based early childhood education. Lead creative, outdoor, and art-centered learning for ages birth–5, collaborate with a supportive team, and support student-led long-term projects. Requires classroom leadership, strong communication, and at least three years preschool teaching experience. ECE degree preferred.

Provide 1:1 in-class support to a preschool student with communication needs, help them follow routines, use assistive communication strategies, facilitate peer interaction, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
