Lead and grow a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool: recruit, coach, and retain educators; build systems and curriculum; strengthen enrollment and family relationships; manage budget, compliance, and partnerships with clergy and leadership to create a warm, inclusive early childhood community.

Lead the mixed-age Pre-K classroom of 12–14 children, designing inquiry-based, nature-rich curriculum, documenting growth, partnering with families and specialists, integrating Jewish values, and collaborating with co-teachers and school leadership.

Provide 1:1 in-class support to a preschool student with communication needs, help them follow routines, use assistive communication strategies, facilitate peer interaction, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
