Manage day-to-day operations for a hybrid 40–50 person office: facilities, vendor and landlord liaison, mail and shipping, supplies, EV charger coordination, C-suite administrative support, events, catering, and employee workplace experience. Part-time on-site (30 hours/week).

Senior Graphic Designer on the Product Design Team creating board, boot, binding, apparel graphics and marketing collateral. Manage multiple design projects from concept to production, ensure quality and schedule, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform image retouching, develop brand guidelines, and support product and packaging artwork. Domestic and international travel required.

Lead global marketing for K2 and LINE Skis: define brand identity and multi-year strategies, plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, partnerships, events, athlete activations), manage budgets and agencies, analyze channel performance and optimize ROI, align with product and sales for launches, and recruit/develop the marketing team to drive growth and brand positioning.

Design and develop snowboard products from concept through commercialization. Create 3D CAD models and engineering documentation, prototype and test on-snow and in-lab, manage vendor communication and quality controls, drive timelines, and support sales/marketing with technical materials.

Support category manager for Snowboarding by analyzing sales and product data, maintaining financial and master product data, developing seasonal line plans, coordinating cross-functional go-to-market materials, and ensuring alignment on pricing, positioning, and product lifecycle execution.

Design front-end digital assets for websites, emails, ads, social and multimedia. Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and brand teams to produce UI/UX, banners, campaigns, and site features. Prepare redlines and specs for developers, maintain design systems, and apply emerging tools including AI to improve workflows.

Develop and optimize firmware for avalanche transceivers (ARM/STM32), design embedded software architecture, test and debug on target hardware using lab equipment, collaborate with hardware and verification teams, support legacy products, and ensure code efficiency for size, speed, and power.
