Teams at Elevate Infusion

Provide hands-on clinical support and real-time guidance to field infusion nurses; lead nurse onboarding, competency check-offs, and ongoing education; develop and maintain clinical protocols and documentation; ensure audit readiness; serve as Alternate Director of Nursing when needed; support startup growth and occasional duties outside the role.

Provide skilled home infusion nursing (IVIG, biologics), maintain care plans and compliant clinical documentation, support QAPI and ACHC compliance, assist onboarding and staff training, serve as Alternate DON when required, participate in hiring, and perform operational and compliance monitoring in a fast-paced startup environment.
