Provide on-site manufacturing engineering support for serial production: troubleshoot and resolve line issues, develop tooling and fixtures, apply Lean methods, optimize layouts with AutoCAD, support NPI transitions, perform time studies, train operators, and drive continuous improvement to meet aerospace quality and production requirements.

Develop and execute certification programs to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and OEM requirements. Create test plans/reports, review prototypes, oversee test article builds, track deliverables, interface with airlines/OEMs/FAA/suppliers, and serve as subject matter expert on flammability, dynamic/static testing, design compliance, and aircraft installation.

Drive supplier quality improvement through audits, APQP, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform on-site supplier visits, support new product launches, define process capability with engineering, report KPIs, lead audits, and ensure supplier conformance to specifications and safety standards.

Develop and execute certification test plans and reports to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and OEM requirements. Coordinate with teams, oversee test article builds, review designs, identify certification issues, maintain records, interface with customers/OEMs/FAA, and support testing, flammability, dynamic/static testing and aircraft installation integration activities.

Lead structural certification and stress analysis for aircraft interior structures using FEA and hand calculations; prepare interface loads and stress reports, static test plans, support testing, lead other stress engineers, interface with customers, review drawings, and ensure regulatory compliance (FAA/TSO).
