Teams at Elevate Aircraft Seating

Performs structural stress analysis and FEA for aircraft seating systems and interior components. Develops engineering calculations, models, certification documentation, interface loads reports, stress reports, and static test plans. Supports certification testing, analyzes results, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with design, certification, test, program management, customers, and DERs. The role also contributes to design reviews, technical proposals, process improvements, and may provide guidance to junior engineers.

Leads Human Resources strategy and daily HR services for two Huntington Beach manufacturing facilities. Advises leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives. Oversees HR operations, metrics, policy administration, and collaboration with HRIS, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and organizational development teams. Manages and develops HR generalists while serving as a strategic, data-driven advisor to site leadership.

Lead certification and airworthiness compliance for electrical systems integrated into aircraft seats and cabin furniture. Analyze regulatory, OEM, customer, and LRU requirements; define qualification and testing requirements; perform DFMEAs; manage supplier certification documentation; create and review electrical certification documents, safety analyses, grounding and bonding calculations, load analyses, and software validation materials. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and authorities in an international aerospace environment.
