Teams at Elevate Aircraft Seating

The EH&S Manager oversees environmental, health, and safety compliance at an aircraft seating manufacturing site. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, OSHA reporting, hazardous waste management, stormwater planning, emergency preparedness, injury response, incident investigations, safety audits, PPE requirements, employee training, security access management, and safety KPI reporting. The role serves as the site interface with regulatory agencies and leads initiatives to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant workplace.

The Quality Engineer monitors quality metrics, analyzes defects and trends, leads root-cause investigations, and implements corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, conducting First Article Inspections, supporting supplier and customer quality issues, maintaining AS9100 quality systems, supporting audits, managing nonconformances and change control, and driving continuous improvement using SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3, and related methods.

Coordinates and expedites parts, materials, and backorders throughout the aircraft-seat manufacturing process. Tracks shortages, inventory, lot traceability, rework, scrap, and replacement orders; collaborates with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Engineering to resolve material issues. Supports packaging and shipping documentation, distributes parts between the warehouse and production floor, and maintains a safe, compliant work environment.
