Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer responsible for improving manual assembly processes through Lean manufacturing, time studies, line balancing, workflow analysis, and process optimization. The role develops SOPs and work instructions, supports new product introductions and pilot runs, analyzes production performance, and collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, corrective actions, ISO 9001 documentation, ergonomics, safety, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs, implements, commissions, and improves automated manufacturing systems. Develops and troubleshoots Mitsubishi PLC programs, integrates robotics and control equipment with HMI, SCADA, and MES systems, and supports production and maintenance teams. Leads FAT/SAT activities, vendor coordination, equipment validation, Kaizen initiatives, root-cause analysis, data analysis, and process improvements. Provides technical training and ensures automation systems meet safety, quality, throughput, and reliability requirements.

Performs engineering-level testing and validation of television products, including functional, reliability, safety, and compliance testing. Develops test plans, analyzes data, creates reports, builds test fixtures, supports production builds, troubleshoots equipment, and collaborates with R&D, quality, production, and vendors on root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also documents procedures, trains technical staff, qualifies components and processes, and contributes to continuous improvement.

Designs and develops custom enterprise applications and integrations supporting manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations. Builds C#/.NET back-end services and React/Next.js/TypeScript front ends, integrates NetSuite and other enterprise systems, and architects scalable, secure solutions. Responsibilities include testing, code reviews, production support, root-cause analysis, CI/CD, security practices, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also requires learning ERP and manufacturing processes and contributing to Agile delivery.

Owns marketing and creative project execution across brands, campaigns, and channels. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, production schedules, photo and video shoots, vendors, asset delivery, workflows, and marketing systems such as Workfront. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, improves processes, manages external partners, supports product launches, and ensures creative deliverables meet brand, quality, technical, and deadline requirements.

Ensures consumer electronics, appliances, cookware, and home monitoring products comply with North American chemical, environmental, battery, energy, safety, advertising, packaging, and website regulations. Researches regulatory requirements, identifies compliance gaps, develops corrective strategies and SOPs, oversees supplier testing records and compliance data, and collaborates with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and overseas supplier teams. Provides regulatory guidance, education, project management, and change oversight to support compliant product introductions and existing portfolios.

Leads plant-level human resources operations, serving as a strategic partner to plant leadership. Oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, HR programs, training, engagement, reporting, and temporary workforce vendors. Develops policies, ensures employment-law compliance, manages direct reports, supports workforce planning, and drives employee and community engagement initiatives within a manufacturing plant environment.

Manage inbound logistics: create purchase orders, process material receipts in NetSuite, coordinate carriers and 3PLs, track shipments and inventory, review forecasts and capacity risks, and recommend process improvements.

Build and lead an in-house enterprise development team, establish engineering standards and SDLC governance, and own application architecture and technical direction. Develop .NET services, APIs, and React-based front ends; integrate NetSuite with manufacturing, warehouse, EDI, and other enterprise systems. Lead hiring, mentoring, delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, security practices, CI/CD, testing, and continuous improvement.
