Perform routine cleaning and sanitation across production, office, and common areas: floors, restrooms, breakrooms, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Restock supplies, maintain janitorial equipment, follow safety procedures and PPE use, report hazards, complete scheduled checklists, and assist with deep-cleaning, event setup/teardown, and other facility tasks as assigned.

Support VP and Director of Sales by managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. Identify new business, develop and execute sales plans, deliver presentations and proposals, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain sales records, respond to client inquiries, attend industry events, and continuously build product knowledge.

Manage clean room and end-user return repairs for TV units, maintain spare parts inventory and data accuracy, perform advanced repairs and rework, uphold 5S/cleanliness, produce daily quality reports, escalate production/warehouse issues, and complete special projects as assigned.

Lead NetSuite ERP buildout and integrations, design and deliver custom manufacturing applications, architect scalable solutions, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, drive project delivery, risk management, and code quality.

Lead corporate and SG&A financial reporting, monthly close and variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, process improvement and automation (Power BI/NetSuite), and partner with functional leaders to drive cost management and strategic decision-making.

Manage inbound logistics: create purchase orders, process material receipts in NetSuite, coordinate carriers and 3PLs, track shipments and inventory, review forecasts and capacity risks, and recommend process improvements.
