Lead corporate and SG&A financial reporting, monthly close and variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, process improvement and automation (Power BI/NetSuite), and partner with functional leaders to drive cost management and strategic decision-making.

Support the Safety Manager by developing and delivering EHS training, conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Maintenance to improve workplace safety, maintain EHS records, and drive corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.

Lead refactor and modernization of a heavily customized NetSuite ERP, build new manufacturing, inventory, and operational functionality, develop and support integrations (RESTlets, SuiteTalk, APIs, EDI), establish development standards, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-documented ERP solutions that reduce technical debt and improve system stability.

Lead and grow the sales organization to drive revenue and market share across electronics and appliances. Develop and execute sales strategies, mentor and manage sales reps and analysts, pursue new business, analyze market and competition, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare forecasts/reports, partner with third-party providers, resolve customer issues, and continuously improve sales processes and tools.

Manage inbound logistics: create purchase orders, process material receipts in NetSuite, coordinate carriers and 3PLs, track shipments and inventory, review forecasts and capacity risks, and recommend process improvements.
