Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer responsible for improving manual assembly processes through Lean manufacturing, time studies, line balancing, workflow analysis, and process optimization. The role develops SOPs and work instructions, supports new product introductions and pilot runs, analyzes production performance, and collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, corrective actions, ISO 9001 documentation, ergonomics, safety, and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs, implements, commissions, and improves automated manufacturing systems. Develops and troubleshoots Mitsubishi PLC programs, integrates robotics and control equipment with HMI, SCADA, and MES systems, and supports production and maintenance teams. Leads FAT/SAT activities, vendor coordination, equipment validation, Kaizen initiatives, root-cause analysis, data analysis, and process improvements. Provides technical training and ensures automation systems meet safety, quality, throughput, and reliability requirements.

Performs engineering-level testing and validation of television products, including functional, reliability, safety, and compliance testing. Develops test plans, analyzes data, creates reports, builds test fixtures, supports production builds, troubleshoots equipment, and collaborates with R&D, quality, production, and vendors on root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also documents procedures, trains technical staff, qualifies components and processes, and contributes to continuous improvement.
