Leads business development and provider network growth for a PACE healthcare program. Identifies, negotiates, and contracts with referral-producing organizations; develops enrollment strategies; presents the program to partners and community groups; manages partnerships, budgets, marketing initiatives, and an outreach sales team. Requires healthcare or group insurance sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or dual-eligible programs.

Develops healthcare provider partnerships and referral networks to achieve enrollment goals for Element Care PACE. Leads business development strategy, identifies and negotiates contracts with partner organizations, presents the program to stakeholders, manages community relationships, partners with Marketing on go-to-market efforts, monitors budgets, and recruits and manages Outreach Account Representatives.

Manages complex clinical and operational innovation projects from conception through implementation. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, process mapping, workflow analysis, data analysis, Tableau dashboard development, Excel modeling, SOP creation, and benefits tracking. The role leads cross-functional teams, conducts on-site assessments, communicates with executives, and drives data-informed operational improvements.

Manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure across physical, virtual, VMware, Citrix, Nutanix, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, patch management, security hardening, performance optimization, lifecycle planning, migrations, software implementations, and cloud integration. The role requires troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, supporting mission-critical systems after hours, and collaborating on technical projects and modernization initiatives.
