Teams at Element Care

Provides day-to-day administration, break-fix support, patching, and security maintenance for physical and virtualized servers, systems, and applications. Configures security tools, scans endpoint integrity, resolves infrastructure issues, supports backend systems, collaborates with technical teams and vendors, documents solutions, and assists with new technology deployments.

Leads business development and provider network growth for a PACE healthcare program. Identifies, negotiates, and contracts with referral-producing organizations; develops enrollment strategies; presents the program to partners and community groups; manages partnerships, budgets, marketing initiatives, and an outreach sales team. Requires healthcare or group insurance sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building ability, and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or dual-eligible programs.

Develops healthcare provider partnerships and referral networks to achieve enrollment goals for Element Care PACE. Leads business development strategy, identifies and negotiates contracts with partner organizations, presents the program to stakeholders, manages community relationships, partners with Marketing on go-to-market efforts, monitors budgets, and recruits and manages Outreach Account Representatives.
