Leads Elekta radiotherapy implementation projects across Vietnam, managing planning, site readiness, construction coordination, installation, clinical go-live, schedules, budgets, revenue forecasting, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates internal teams, hospitals, suppliers, contractors, and distributors; conducts project meetings, reports progress, negotiates commitments, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance. The role requires engineering or technical education, large-scale project management experience, travel within Vietnam or APAC, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Installs, commissions, upgrades, maintains, and repairs brachytherapy equipment and treatment planning systems across Europe. Troubleshoots electronic, mechanical, and network issues, manages customer support cases, handles radioactive sources safely, and delivers technical training to customers, distributors, and field engineers. The role requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, accurate documentation, and international travel of up to 75% of the time.

Manages end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice and credit note processing, workflow approvals, supplier statement reconciliation, payments, month-end close, reporting, and stakeholder queries. Investigates processing issues, supports accounting and VAT questions, maintains documentation, and contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement. The role requires independent workload management, financial controls knowledge, and collaboration across a global finance shared services environment.
