Owns post-sales customer success and managed AV service delivery across assigned UK accounts. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, success planning, service reviews, escalations, renewals, contract profitability, upsell opportunities, AV estate analytics, lifecycle planning, and preventative maintenance. Leads distributed onsite service teams through coaching, performance management, staffing, and development while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Service Operations to improve customer outcomes and service performance.

Oversee financial reporting, month-end and annual close processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, project accounting, WIP, audits, tax and VAT compliance, banking relationships, and internal controls. Lead financial risk reviews, R&D credit applications, process improvements, and finance policy development while serving as a strategic finance partner and managing the accounting team.

Leads fabrication operations across Orlando and Burbank, overseeing assembly, wiring, testing, quality assurance, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery of integrated audiovisual systems. Manages and develops technical personnel, establishes fabrication standards and procedures, conducts inspections, supports project installations, and drives Lean, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role coordinates with engineering, project management, procurement, logistics, and field operations while providing hands-on technical leadership.

Supports the design and progressive ownership of Azure-based SaaS integrations, centralized data repositories, automated ETL/ELT pipelines, Power BI data models, and secure cloud workflows. Develops automation using Python, JavaScript, and JSON; troubleshoots APIs and authentication issues; documents integration processes; and collaborates with stakeholders. The role is intended for an early-career cloud engineer who will grow toward independently managing cloud data architecture and integration solutions.

Leads experiential audiovisual projects from planning through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, staffing, scope, contracts, invoicing, forecasting, documentation, safety, and client relationships. Coordinates AV engineers, project coordinators, installers, construction trades, contractors, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Requires AV systems knowledge, field installation or coordination experience, strong communication, financial management, and proficiency with project and office software.

Delivers custom audiovisual system projects through design reviews, device configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and site inspections. The role collaborates with solution designers and project managers to ensure technical intent, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Regular travel is required for job-site work, including system commissioning, programming, quality assurance, user training, and support. Candidates need audiovisual engineering experience, technical expertise in AV and media networks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
