Own the end-to-end lifecycle of connectivity solutions for commercial laundry across APAC: presales, site surveys, quotations, order coordination, installation/activation support, troubleshooting, customer training, and regional strategy for Wi‑Fi, cloud, IoT, and payment integrations.

Develop and support after-sales programs by analyzing sales, installed base, parts usage, and service trends; build financial models and business cases; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Parts, Supply Chain, and Finance; support pre-launch planning and large customer rollouts; monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.

Lead national sales for Australia, manage dealer relationships and a team of Dealer Account Managers, execute sales plans across Food, Beverage, and Laundry segments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent the company at events, and monitor market trends to drive revenue and margins.
