Collaborate with operators and maintenance, lead industrialization projects, perform process analyses and risk assessments, and deliver safe, cost-efficient production solutions.

Lead a six-engineer technical helpdesk for commercial laundry and food products, manage quality systems, audits, complaints, and warranty investigations. Provide technical escalation support, drive root cause analysis and product/process improvements, coordinate training, and collaborate with engineering, factories, service, and supply chain to improve product quality and serviceability.

Lead the Thermaline Competence Centre to support global sales with technical quotations, drawings, and solution design for professional kitchens. Liaise with R&D and production to confirm feasibility of special executions, assist product development, and occasionally present products and host factory tours for customers.
