The role provides on-the-job training and is designed for candidates beginning a career in real estate.

Conduct commercial property valuations using established methodologies, analyze market data and property trends, prepare professional valuation reports, maintain compliance with Australian Property Institute standards and legislation, and develop relationships with banks, government entities, investors, and developers. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, autonomy, deadline management, and client service skills.

Provide administrative and client support to the real estate sales team: assist with open homes and inspections, support vendors and buyers, prepare listings, marketing materials and CMAs, manage the database, assist with property settlement checks, and general sales administration. On-the-job training provided.
