Lead testing strategy and execution for a large Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing; manage test cases, defects (JIRA), schedules, risks, and readiness; coordinate across business, technical teams, and program leadership; support QA through final deployment.

Lead an assigned Oracle Fusion ERP workstream (Finance, HCM, Technical, or Data Migration/Integration). Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate stakeholders, track risks/issues/dependencies, facilitate meetings, oversee testing and deployment, ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality, and support cross-workstream coordination for successful program execution.

Attend project meetings and workshops to capture accurate notes, decisions, action items, and next steps. Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, schedules, and reports. Track and follow up on action items, support project managers with administrative coordination, and ensure documentation is current, clear, and accessible across workstreams for an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

Lead and direct a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program, coordinate multiple workstreams and project managers, establish governance, manage risks/schedules/budgets, align stakeholders, ensure delivery of Financials and HR/Payroll modules, and maintain contractual and organizational alignment.

Review eLearning deliverables for grammar, formatting, functionality, audio quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Section 508), and alignment with client standards. Test interactions, navigation, assessments, and audio sync; document and communicate issues, participate in review cycles, re-test fixes, and escalate recurring quality concerns.

Lead learning and development projects from kickoff through delivery as the primary client contact. Manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, ensure public-sector contract compliance, prepare reports and deliverables, and travel to customer and military sites as needed.

Lead end-to-end instructional design projects to create performance-based learning across eLearning, ILT, VILT, simulations, and multimedia. Partner with SMEs to analyze needs, design storyboards/scripts, develop accessible materials meeting Section 508/WCAG standards, manage timelines, perform QA, and support client relationships and implementation with measurable success criteria.

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Retail Xstore POS applications. Build integrations with enterprise systems via APIs/web services, troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing and deployments, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable retail POS solutions.

Drive commercial deals from contracting request to signature across SaaS, services, and hybrid agreements. Prepare and tailor contracts using templates, manage redlines and escalations, coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security, and improve contracting playbooks, routing rules, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction and speed execution.
