Lead software architecture and development for Lectora Online, including designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, documentation, and technical standards. Own major product components, guide modernization and AI-powered features, lead testing strategies and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers. The role requires expert Java and web application development skills, architectural decision-making, and technical leadership.

Develop advanced, interactive L3/L4 eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360, including scenarios, branching, simulations, animation, and custom web interactions. Translate storyboards into polished learning products, apply UI/UX and visual design principles, ensure WCAG accessibility and SCORM/LMS compatibility, conduct comprehensive QA, troubleshoot technical challenges, and independently collaborate with creative and project teams. AI, automation, multimedia, and additional design software experience are valued.
