Owns end-to-end delivery across the Public Sector project portfolio, including schedules, scope, resources, customer operations, federal contract deliverables, training logistics, compliance documentation, reporting, renewals, and cross-functional coordination. The role serves as the senior delivery authority, manages customer relationships, supports proposals, mentors delivery staff, and improves repeatable processes. It requires extensive project management experience, public sector or federal experience, government contracting knowledge, training or learning technology delivery experience, and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.

Reviews eLearning deliverables for grammar, formatting, functionality, accessibility, audio quality, assessments, and client standards. Tests navigation, interactions, links, branching logic, screen-reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, captions, transcripts, and color contrast. Documents findings, communicates actionable feedback, participates in review cycles, verifies remediation, and retests resolved issues before final approval.

Deliver virtual and in-person training on a construction management enterprise software platform to technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and guided activities; answer questions; troubleshoot issues; prepare training environments; track attendance and evaluations; and follow approved curricula. Facilitators must quickly learn complex software, adapt delivery to diverse audiences, complete train-the-trainer requirements, and support domestic and international assignments.
