Deliver virtual and in-person training on a construction management enterprise software platform to technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and guided activities; answer questions; troubleshoot issues; prepare training environments; track attendance and evaluations; and follow approved curricula. Facilitators must quickly learn complex software, adapt delivery to diverse audiences, complete train-the-trainer requirements, and support domestic and international assignments.

Lead learning and development projects from kickoff through delivery as the primary client contact. Manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, ensure public-sector contract compliance, prepare reports and deliverables, and travel to customer and military sites as needed.

Create polished motion graphics, animations, title treatments, explainer visuals, social content, and other visual assets from briefs and storyboards. Collaborate with creative and project teams, incorporate feedback, manage multiple assignments, maintain organized production files, and deliver optimized assets on schedule. Required strengths include motion design fundamentals, visual storytelling, strong design skills, communication, and proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
