Own major product components, guide modernization and AI-powered features, lead testing strategies and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers. The role requires expert Java and web application development skills, architectural decision-making, and technical leadership.

Partners with sellers and clients to diagnose performance gaps, design custom learning solutions, and develop winning proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work. Leads solutioning intake, scope definition, evaluation planning, proposal quality, and library development. Uses generative AI for research, drafting, design, and presentation production while coordinating sales, instructional design, delivery, and accounting teams. Tracks proposal performance and market intelligence to improve win rates, cycle time, and solution quality.
