Install and commission proprietary production machinery and supporting building infrastructure at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical assembly, system testing, integrated commissioning, troubleshooting controls and equipment faults, interpreting technical drawings and schematics, and handing systems over to Operations. The role also contributes to installation procedures and may involve PLC fault-finding and programming.

Owns the day-to-day operation of a three-floor office, including supplies, facilities, maintenance, suppliers, budgets, events, visitors, bookings, deliveries, health and safety coordination, and workplace improvements. The role is hands-on, office-based, and focused on creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment while supporting the company’s growth.

Install and commission proprietary production machinery, including printing presses, automation systems, and supporting infrastructure. Assemble mechanical and electrical systems, test equipment, troubleshoot faults, supervise contractors, maintain SOPs and installation documentation, and support integrated commissioning. The role is hands-on, permanent, and site-based across production facilities in Elstree and Hemel Hempstead.

Lead company-wide operations and strategy by building an AI-native operating model, OKR system, KPI/financial frameworks, leadership cadence, internal comms, board and fundraising support, and cross-functional automation projects to scale the business.

Design and build elasticStage's finance operating model, driver-based financial models, budgeting, CAPEX deployment (~£15M/year), funding strategy (equity, debt, grants), inventory and procurement processes, and AI-native finance infrastructure. Partner cross-functionally to enable decentralized financial visibility, KPIs, and automated workflows.
