The Social Media Strategist will oversee elasticStage's organic social media strategy, create engaging content, manage community interactions, and drive measurable business outcomes through social media performance analysis and creator partnerships.

Lead company-wide operations and strategy by building an AI-native operating model, OKR system, KPI/financial frameworks, leadership cadence, internal comms, board and fundraising support, and cross-functional automation projects to scale the business.

Design and build elasticStage's finance operating model, driver-based financial models, budgeting, CAPEX deployment (~£15M/year), funding strategy (equity, debt, grants), inventory and procurement processes, and AI-native finance infrastructure. Partner cross-functionally to enable decentralized financial visibility, KPIs, and automated workflows.
