The role requires outside sales activity, independent work, collaboration, strong sales performance, problem-solving, and reliable transportation.

Develops and manages relationships with healthcare referral sources to support home care sales. Responsibilities include conducting in-person sales calls, gathering referral information, providing ongoing customer support, promoting services, reporting account status, coordinating with sales and clinical teams, and escalating patient concerns. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, sales knowledge, a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
