Build relationships, identify decision-makers, communicate clinical outcomes, meet business objectives, and provide solutions aligned with patient and organizational needs. This outside sales role requires independent work, collaboration, a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Develops, delivers, and coordinates sales training programs for new and existing employees in the home health and hospice industry. Coaches sales teams, collaborates with sales leadership, identifies training opportunities using LMS data and analytics, and supports ongoing employee development. The role is remote with 50% travel and requires reliable transportation.
