The role matches resources to patient needs, communicates care schedules, manages complaints and conflicts, advocates for patients, and supports compliance with care standards and licensing requirements.

Develops, deploys, monitors, and optimizes AI automation solutions using Azure AI services, agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs, and integration platforms. Identifies business process automation opportunities, ensures scalable and reliable production systems, analyzes performance data, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role also supports vendors, communicates with users, manages multiple priorities, and promotes responsible AI, data privacy, and security practices.

Ensures Personal Care Services operations comply with healthcare laws, regulations, billing standards, accreditation requirements, and HIPAA. Maintains policies and forms, conducts regulatory research and document audits, supports survey readiness and corrective action plans, escalates compliance risks, and contributes to training, risk prevention, and continuous improvement. The role requires an active nursing license, substantial professional nursing experience, regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and up to 10% travel.
