Provides Level 1 technical support across office, restaurant, manufacturing, and distribution locations. Troubleshoots Windows devices, printers, peripherals, software, accounts, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and basic networks. Configures and deploys equipment, manages tickets and inventory, and supports workplace technology. Assists senior IT staff with infrastructure projects and travels daily between company locations. Requires fluent English and Spanish, customer service skills, basic IT knowledge, Active Directory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, accounts, printers, devices, and network connectivity. Troubleshoots escalated incidents, manages user access and equipment provisioning, supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains ticket documentation, and assists with root-cause analysis and technology deployments. The technician supports Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and related IT services, traveling daily between company locations.

Greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage front-desk operations, maintain security and reception area, handle mail and supplies, schedule meetings and travel, support clerical tasks, and provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and administrative support.
