Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards by performing inspections, environmental monitoring, ATP testing, sample collection and analysis, equipment verification, documentation, product release/hold decisions, and communication with QA teams and external labs.

Perform inspections and laboratory tests to ensure products meet food safety, GMP, and quality standards. Monitor production, conduct environmental/ATP testing, verify metal detectors and scales, collect and analyze samples, maintain records and sample inventory, release or hold product, report deviations, communicate between shifts and plants, and support food safety activities. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage front-desk operations, maintain security and reception area, handle mail and supplies, schedule meetings and travel, support clerical tasks, and provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and administrative support.
